Don Kim

Don Kim is a seasoned finance executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience across biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and life sciences organizations. Throughout his career, he has built and led high-performing finance organizations, strengthened financial operations and governance and partnered with executive teams and Boards to support growth, transformation and long-term business success.

In July 2026, Don joined Pharmacosmos Therapeutics as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Pharmacosmos, he served as Senior Vice President – Finance for Outlook Therapeutics and previously served as Chief Financial Officer at UroGen Pharma. His experience also includes leadership positions with Strides Pharma, Sun Pharma, Zoetis, Merck, and Deloitte.

Don earned his MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and his Bachelor of Business Administration from Yonsei University in South Korea. He is an active Certified Public Accountant.

As Chief Financial Officer, Don serves on the U.S. Leadership Team, reporting directly to Josh Franklin, President. He provides strategic financial leadership to support Pharmacosmos’ continued growth and long-term business strategy.
