Melanie joined Pharmacosmos in 2019 as Managing Director Germany. With more than 20 years’ experience in various positions in the pharmaceutical industry – mainly in Marketing and Sales functions- she developed the German affiliate from a startup to a well-established mid-size pharmaceutical company.

Melanie is passionate about breaking new grounds, developing ideas, and creating a working environment where people know their contribution to the overall company success. 

Pharmacosmos is the proof that employee orientation and entrepreneurial growth are not mutually exclusive, they are rather mutually dependent”. 

Aside from work she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and cultural events like concerts, theater, and arts.
