Shane Lea

Shane Lea brings nearly 30 years of commercial leadership experience across biotechnology and pharmaceutical organizations, with deep expertise in oncology, hematology, and rare diseases. Throughout his career, he has led successful product launches, built high-performing commercial organizations, and developed strategies that drive growth and innovation.

In July 2026, Shane joined Pharmacosmos Therapeutics as Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing. Prior to joining Pharmacosmos, he served as Chief Commercial Officer at Cellectar Biosciences and founded Vantage Point Bio Consulting, advising emerging biotechnology companies on commercialization strategy and launch readiness.

Shane earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Louisiana and completed the Leadership Development Program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.

As Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Shane serves on the Leadership Team, reporting directly to Josh Franklin, President. He leads Sales, Marketing, and Strategy & Operations, helping to advance Pharmacosmos' commercial strategy and support continued growth.
