Reporting to the VP Global Supply Chain & Procurement, you will play a key role in strengthening the company's supply chain operations. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and optimizing supply chain processes and driving automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. You will work on identifying areas for process improvement, designing solutions, and overseeing their implementation. This includes spearheading initiatives related to cost reduction, operational excellence, and sustainability. Your role will also involve the integration and enhancement of IT solutions, including ERP and SCM systems, to facilitate an efficient and transparent supply chain. By leveraging data analytics, Business Intelligence tools, and reporting systems, you will support decision-making processes and provide insights that drive continuous improvement.
We expect you to have a great foundation in supply chain, developed through relevant work experience and/or graduate-level programs. To succeed in this role, you possess knowledge of business processes and the ability to utilize data to identify opportunities for improvement. You are proficient in IT systems, particularly ERP and SCM, and you have the acumen to implement automated data solutions to enhance efficiency. On a personal level, you are analytical, proactive and quality-focused, with a solution-oriented and commercial mindset, with a keen eye for optimization opportunities. You thrive in collaborative environments where teamwork and open communication are essential. Additionally, you are adaptable and committed to continuous learning, and you are motivated to drive improvements and contribute significantly to the companys goals. Lastly, you are fluent in both Danish and English, verbally and written.
