The opportunity
In this role, you will take the lead on corporate and employee communication in close collaboration with Global Marketing & Communications, HR, and senior leadership.

You will play a central role in ensuring that communication supports alignment, understanding, and engagement across the organisation, while also strengthening how Pharmacosmos presents itself externally.

 

The responsibilities of the Communications Manager are centered around the following:

  • Shaping and maintaining a clear and consistent corporate narrative across all channels

  • Driving employee communication that supports transparency, alignment, and engagement

  • Working closely with HR and leadership to ensure communication reflects the employee experience

  • Developing and executing content strategies for LinkedIn and other relevant platforms

  • Owning and developing the corporate website

  • Leading internal communication initiatives such as intranet, town halls, and leadership messaging

  • Producing and overseeing corporate video and multimedia content

  • Ensuring consistency of the corporate brand across markets and functions

  • Collaborating with global affiliates to align communication and share best practices

 

The team:
You will join a team of 8 colleagues in Global Marketing & Communications based at our headquarters in Holbæk. We work closely with colleagues across functions and markets and play a central role in supporting the organization globally.

What you bring to the team
The ideal candidate for this position will, among other qualifications, bring the following to the team: 

  • A high level of drive and ownership, with the ability to move things forward independently

  • Exceptional written communication skills, with a strong sense of clarity and tone

  • The ability to understand and balance different perspectives, and translate complex input into clear and relevant communication directed to the audience

  • A strong awareness of stakeholders, and the ability to adapt communication across functions and levels

  • Strong digital understanding, with the ability to work effectively across channels and formats

  • A structured and detail-oriented approach, with high standards for quality

  • A pragmatic and collaborative mindset

 

Qualifications for the role

  • A degree within marketing or communication

  • Approximately 4–6 years of experience in corporate communications, marketing, or employer branding, preferred from the pharmaceutical industry

  • Experience from an international company is an advantage

  • Proficient in written English and Danish
