We are strengthening our ERP organization with a D365 F&O Specialist who will join at an important stage of our ongoing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation.

In this role, you will initially be involved in the project phase, working hands-on with system setup, validation, testing, and preparation for deployment. Following go-live, you will transition into a key role within Application Management, focusing on system stability, compliance, continuous improvements, and international rollouts.

You will become part of our Dynamics 365 F&O Application Management function, working closely with business stakeholders, QA, IT, and our external implementation partner, Cegeka. The role combines project responsibilities with long-term operational ownership in a highly regulated environment.

Your key responsibilities include

During the project phase

• Participate in system setup and configuration activities
• Support validation planning and execution in collaboration with QA and business
• Contribute to documentation, testing, and validation evidence
• Participate in fit-gap workshops and process alignment
• Support preparation for deployment and go-live readiness
• Ensure quality and compliance are embedded in solution design

Post go-live responsibilities

1. Release & Update Management
• Evaluate and coordinate quarterly D365 F&O updates
• Perform impact assessments to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate structured testing, validation, and documentation activities
• Ensure controlled release management processes
• Ensure changes follow internal governance and validation procedures

2. Quality, Validation & Compliance
• Ensure system changes are validated in line with pharmaceutical standards
• Support required documentation, including validation documentation and test evidence
• Work closely with business and QA to maintain compliant and documented processes
• Contribute to maintaining a compliant and audit-ready ERP setup

3. Continuous Improvement & Backlog Management
• Drive implementation of system improvements
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
• Prioritize and manage ERP backlog in alignment with business and IT governance
• Ensure improvements are designed with long-term maintainability and compliance in mind

4. International Rollouts
• Support implementation of D365 F&O in Germany and the UK
• Participate in fit-gap analysis, localization requirements, and regulatory considerations
• Ensure alignment between global template design and local requirements
• Support testing, training, and hypercare during rollout phases

5. Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration
• Act as a bridge between business, QA, IT, and external partners
• Ensure clear requirement definitions and follow-up on delivered solutions
• Contribute to strengthening ERP governance and support model

About you

We imagine that you

• Have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Have experience participating in ERP implementation projects
• Have experience with validation, documentation, and testing processes
• Have experience working in regulated environments such as pharma or life sciences, which is an advantage
• Have a solid understanding of ERP processes within finance and/or supply chain
• Are able to work across business, QA, and IT stakeholders
• Are fluent in Danish and English

As a person, you are structured, quality-focused, and proactive. You are able to create overview in complex environments and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization. You take ownership and contribute to driving both project activities and long-term system improvements.
