At Pharmacosmos, you now have the opportunity to join a highly collaborative team in Holbæk as Global Business Intelligence Specialist. In this role you will work end to end with BI solutions, from backend integrations to insightful dashboards that drive operational and strategic decisions.

You will join the Strategic Projects & Systems team within Finance & IT. This is a small skilled team, characterized by a friendly atmosphere, working with data-driven solutions across the business. The team manages Pharmacosmos’ BI and data platform and works closely with internal stakeholders and external consultants. Collaboration, flexibility, and shared learning are at the heart of how they work.

The role

As Global Business Intelligence Specialist you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing Pharmacosmos’ BI and data platform. You will manage the full data stack from Azure Data Factory and SQL to Power BI and collaborate with stakeholders across departments to deliver high-quality reports and dashboards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and optimizing BI and data platform solutions

  • Managing data pipelines in Azure Data Factory and ensuring smooth data transformations• Writing SQL scripts and implementing data models for reporting and analytics

  • Building and delivering intuitive dashboards and reports in Power BI and Excel

  • Ensuring correct use of master data and Row Level Security settings

  • Translating business needs into BI solutions in close dialogue with stakeholders

  • Supporting the integration of Dynamics 365 F&O with BI solutions (implementation in 2026)

  • Contributing to strategic projects and proposing best practices for BI architecture

Your profile

Pharmacosmos is looking for a candidate who thrives in a proactive, analytical, and collaborative role. You bring strong technical skills and a genuine interest in enabling smarter, data-driven decisions across the business.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proficiency in SQL (SSMS)

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Power BI, or the motivation to develop expertise further• Experience with ETL and integration tools such as Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps or Functions

  • An analytical mindset and ability to understand new data domains and architectures

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (Axapta, 365 BC or 365 F&O) is an advantage

  • Advanced Excel skills are an advantage

You hold a relevant higher education degree such as Computer Science, Business Analytics, IT or Engineering and are fluent in English. Besides that, you live within commuting distance of Holbæk.
