Play a vital role in preparing the market for a successful launch of a newly acquired pharmaceutical asset.
Reporting directly to the Head of Global Market Access you will take a highly strategic and operational position with the responsibility for the design and execution of a comprehensive global market access strategy for a newly acquired asset. While ensuring alignment with overall commercial objectives and cross-functional goals, you will take an active approach and drive the development of key deliverables, including the Core Value Dossier and Health Economic Models, and contribute to the global pricing strategy. Additionally, the role involves leading and guiding target markets through pre-reimbursement submission activities and executing targeted stakeholder engagement efforts with HTA bodies and KOLs. You will collaborate across Commercial Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and Clinical R&D fostering alignment to develop and execute a unified product launch strategy.
For this role, you are expected to hold an academic background in health sciences (market access, health economics, pharmacy, or similar) as well as solid experience from the pharma or biotech industry with a successful track record in international market access strategy development and product launch. Furthermore, you possess a deep understanding of health economics, pricing, reimbursement, and regulatory processes in global markets. Additionally, you are an expert in building relationships and creating networks with health care decision makers (HTA Bodies, KOLs, scientific societies, etc.). Finally, you are fluent in English.
Personally, you are a strong and proactive communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, and you know how to influence, take initiative, create impact in important decision-making processes. You foster strong cross-functional teamwork to achieve overall business goals both within your own team as well as other teams. Furthermore, analyzing complex issues, utilizing strategic thinking, and implementing operational plans are all elements that you master. Besides, you are characterized by being adaptable and efficient, which enables you to prioritize work in a fast-paced and growing environment.
