As Head of Tax, you will be responsible for Global Tax in Pharmacosmos handling tasks from strategic planning to hands-on execution. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of the tax set-up while ensuring compliance across jurisdictions and playing a critical role in professionalizing and growing the tax area.
Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Overall tax governance and policy design, implementation and engaging with stakeholders.
Ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations.
Maintain and develop transfer pricing documentation.
Prepare and file tax returns for Danish companies.
Coordinate and take the lead on tax authority audits.
Managing tax-related aspects of M&A, financing, and tax structuring.
Ensure accurate tax reporting according to Danish GAAP.
Indirect tax management, with potential support from external advisors.
Drive strategic tax projects forward.
We’re looking for a candidate who thrives on both strategic and operational challenges. You are likely to have a background in finance or law, coupled with substantial experience in tax management within a large, international organization.
