We are looking for an International Sales Manager to join our Animal Health team and take ownership of partner-based sales across international markets, primarily in Europe.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and activating a network of partners and distributors across multiple countries. You will operate in a highly independent position with significant responsibility, driving commercial activities, creating market momentum, and ensuring continuous development across your markets.

You will become part of a small, specialized, and commercially driven team, working closely with colleagues across Denmark and the United States in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

The role involves approximately 50–60 travel days per year, primarily within Europe.

Your key responsibilities include

  • Take full ownership of the Animal Health business across markets outside the US

  • Manage and develop relationships with international partners and distributors

  • Identify and onboard new partners across new and existing markets

  • Negotiate and manage commercial agreements and contracts

  • Deliver product presentations and sales training to partner organizations

  • Support partners with market insights, data, and commercial positioning

  • Participate in international congresses, customer meetings, and events

  • Coordinate internally with marketing, regulatory, quality, and supply chain

  • Handle partner requests and ensure effective resolution of operational issues

About you

We imagine that you

  • Have experience with international B2B sales, preferably in a partner-driven setup

  • Have experience from animal health, agriculture, or related industries

  • Are comfortable working independently in an international environment

  • Have strong communication and presentation skills

  • Are fluent in English and Danish

As a person, you are proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented. You thrive in an international environment and enjoy building strong relationships across markets and cultures.
