Role Summary

As a Legal Counsel specializing in transactional and litigation support, you will work closely with our in-house legal team and external counsel to support transactions and litigation efforts. Your main responsibilities will include coordinating transactions and litigation processes, document production, managing large volumes of documents, and ensuring compliance. This is not a senior role but requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual potentially a junior litigation or M&A transactional lawyer with exposure to cross-border transactions or litigation in Europe and the US and a desire to broaden their skill set in a supportive international environment. You will be operating from Holbæk, Denmark.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing document production for transactions and litigation, including coordinating and managing communication with internal stakeholders and external counsel to ensure accurate collection and timely production of relevant materials.

  • Handle data management, virtual data room, e-discovery, document review, and oversee the use of e-discovery tools.

  • Liaise with cross-functional departments to ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Qualifications
  • Master of Laws (LL.M.) or equivalent degree from a recognized institution, with a preference for US, Danish or other European qualifications.

  • 2-4 years of professional experience, ideally within complex cross border litigation or M&A transactions.

  • Preferably with some previous exposure to production and discovery assistance, either directly or as part of a litigation, or an acquisition/due diligence context.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and project management capabilities.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

  • Familiarity with document management/e-discovery tools is a plus.
