Pharmacosmos is on an exciting international growth journey, and we are now looking for a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. Your Role
Reporting to Senior Manager, Customer Service & Logistics, you will join a dynamic team of five experienced colleagues – each with their own customer and product responsibilities. You will be given independent responsibility for your tasks, and your workday will be both varied and meaningful.
Your primary tasks
You will play a central role in a small, efficient department where customer service and logistics are closely integrated. Your tasks will include:
Order processing and customer support from A to Z
Planning and follow-up on shipments (road, air, sea)
Communication with logistics partners and monitoring of KPIs
Ensuring correct documentation, invoicing, and customs handling
Analyzing and optimizing freight and transportation patterns
Contributing to digitalization and smarter workflows
ERP user with a focus on efficiency and data quality (AX2012 / D365 F&O)
About you
You have a relevant education in logistics, supply chain, or similar – combined with solid experience in customer service or logistics within international environments.
You are structured, proactive, and thrive in a dynamic environment with many parallel tasks. You are motivated by development, optimization, and the use of digital tools to strengthen the logistics solutions of the future.
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience in customer service and logistics in international settings
Works analytically and data-driven with optimization and process management
Has solid ERP experience (AX2012 / D365 F&O is a plus, but not required)
Is familiar with digital tools such as Power BI, data analysis, and possibly RPA
Has experience with process improvement, documentation, and digitalization
Thinks solution-oriented and acts proactively in a busy workday
Thrives in a dynamic environment with multiple ongoing tasks
Is interested in future logistics and automation
Experience from pharma or other regulated industries is a plus, but not a requirement
Is adaptable and motivated by continuous improvement
fluent in both spoken and written Danish and English
