At Pharmacosmos we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Manager to manage our payroll process. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and take ownership for the process.
You will be a part of the Finance department in HQ and together with your 7 colleagues you will contribute to new and effective ways to work within Pharmacosmos.
Payroll processing: Ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries, benefits, taxes, and deductions for employees in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway. Ensure correct payroll booking in the ERP system.
Compliance & Reporting: Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Report on sick leave, parental leave, and reimbursements.
System Management: Maintain and optimize payroll systems (Visma) to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Financial Reconciliation: Prepare and present payroll expense reports, reconciliations, tax obligations, and compliance metrics to management.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with HR and Finance to align data and processes related to employee compensation.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Visma payroll software and advanced MS Excel skills.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of Danish payroll laws and regulations; experience with international payroll processes is an advantage.
Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
