Pharmacosmos are looking for a Project Manager to join the Data & Projects team in Holbæk. In this role, you will play a central part in driving and coordinating strategic projects across the organisation, with a particular focus on digitalization, implementation of IT systems and optimization of business processes.
You will become part of Data & Projects, a small team within Finance & IT that works closely with stakeholders across the organisation to support our continued development. The team plays an important role in ensuring a structured approach to project execution and enabling effective use of data across the business.
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, structuring and delivering projects from early idea and analysis through to implementation and completion.
The projects vary in size and complexity but are typically related to digitalisation, implementation of new systems and optimisation of existing processes. A key focus area in the coming period will be to project manage the implementation of Veeva, alongside other strategic initiatives.
You will typically manage several projects in parallel and act as the central coordination point across business functions, IT and external partners. This requires a structured approach, strong stakeholder management and the ability to maintain overview across multiple workstreams.
Your key responsibilities include:
End-to-end project management of strategic initiatives, including digitalisation projects and implementation of IT systems
Planning and structuring projects, including timelines, milestones, risks and deliverables
Coordinating collaboration between internal stakeholders, IT, system owners and external consultants or vendors
Establishing and leading project teams, as well as facilitating steering committees
Ensuring effective stakeholder management across the organisation, including collaboration with project sponsors at VP and executive level
Preparing decision materials and status reporting for steering committees and senior management
Acting as Project Manager for the implementation of Veeva
Contributing to other projects across the organisation
About you
Pharmacosmos imagine that you:
Have experience with project management, including planning and coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders
Have experience with implementation of IT systems or digital solutions
Have experience working across business functions, IT and external vendors or consultants
Experience from a GxP-regulated environment is an advantage
Experience with system implementations within life sciences or the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage, preferably including familiarity with Veeva or similar systems
Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
Hold a relevant master’s degree, for example within IT, engineering, business administration, economics or a related field
As a person, you communicate clearly and in a structured way and are able to collaborate effectively with many different stakeholders across the organisation. You create progress through clear expectation management and ongoing dialogue.
You work in a structured and organized manner and are able to create an overview of complex projects, ensuring that milestones and deadlines are met. You are proactive, solution-oriented and take responsibility for driving projects forward, while actively engaging with project teams and ensuring momentum and quality in delivery.
