About the job Senior Manager, Learning & Development

Join Pharmacosmos in a newly established role, taking the lead in shaping the future of learning and development initiatives across the organization.

Develop an L&D program that supports employee and leadership development

Pharmacosmos continues to expand locally and internationally, creating the need for a coherent L&D strategy that aligns learning efforts with business and talent priorities. As the new Senior Manager, L&D, you will report directly to the EVP HR and lead the process of designing and implementing an L&D program from scratch, ensuring consistency globally while allowing flexibility for local needs. This involves developing and managing corporate learning programs across key categories, tailored to different levels of the organization to strengthen capabilities across the business. The program is expected to be developed internally but assisted by external vendors, ensuring fit-for-purpose content. The role involves close partnerships with business leaders and HR colleagues to ensure the development of critical capabilities and to foster a strong learning culture across the organization. Another core task will be leading the adoption and optimization of digital learning platforms, including the implementation and ongoing management of a Learning Management System (LMS). Additionally, you will advance the use of AI and innovative technologies to enhance learning pathways and stay ahead of L&D trends. Moreover, you will introduce relevant tools, practices, and methodologies to make learning more engaging, scalable, and impactful.

Experienced HR profile with a passion for talent development

We expect you to bring a relevant academic background at the master's degree level (e.g., HR, psychology, organizational development, or similar), combined with solid experience from a global HQ L&D position within an international, regulated environment. You have a proven track record of designing, implementing, and facilitating impactful learning programs that address both business and talent development needs. Your expertise includes LMS platforms and digital learning tools, and you are comfortable driving the adoption of new technologies. You possess strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across organizational levels. Finally, fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken, is required.

On a personal level, you are proactive, energetic, independent, and you combine a strategic mindset with strong execution skills, enabling you to both define frameworks and deliver results. You demonstrate a high degree of integrity and confidentiality, and you are passionate about developing people and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
