We are seeking a skilled and motivated experienced technician to join our dynamic chemical and pharmaceutical development team.
In this exciting role, the primary focus will be to conduct experimental work in the laboratory, where you will perform the synthesis and analysis of materials across various production scales, including both lab. and kilo lab. environments. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate data collection and documentation while adhering to the highest standards of safety and compliance. The ideal candidate will not only contribute to the development of innovative products and processes but will also collaborate with team members to drive our projects forward.
Conduct laboratory experiments to support the synthesis of carbohydrate derivatives, and development of Iron colloidal complexes including troubleshooting and optimizing processes for scalability and quality.
Perform synthesis of compounds at various scales and conduct analytical testing using techniques such as chromatography, DLS, TGA-DSC, and FTIR to ensure material quality.
Accurately document experimental procedures and results and prepare comprehensive technical reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
Present results to colleagues and stakeholders, participate in cross-functional meetings, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory policies.
Strong knowledge of organic chemistry principles.
Proficiency in analytical techniques (HPLC, DLS, TGA-DSC, FTIR).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Effective written and verbal communication skills (Danish and English) are necessary.
Willingness to adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
Minimum laboratory technician education, professional bachelor’s degree in chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or related field
Essential prior experience in laboratory synthesis and analysis in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry.
Familiarity with kilo lab operations and scale-up processes is highly desirable.
Experience with carbohydrate derivatives chemistry is a plus.
