DepartmentClinical Operations

Location: Holbæk (Hybrid work possibilities)

We are currently looking for a structured and proactive student assistant to support our Clinical Operations & Data Management team. You will be supporting a variety of administrative tasks depending on the team’s needs. The position is approximately 10-15 hours per week, with flexibility around exam periods. After the onboarding period, it is possible to work entirely remotely but we do expect to see you in the office once a month to catch up.

This is a great opportunity if you wish to gain hands-on experience with clinical trials in an international pharmaceutical environment.

ABOUT YOU

We expect you to be enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree (e.g. pharmacy, medicine, life sciences, public health, or similar).

  • You are reliable and eager to learn, with a structured and detail-oriented approach to your work.

  • You are comfortable working independently and take a proactive approach to your responsibilities.

  • You thrive in a supportive role with helping your team members, and are fluent in English, both written and spoken.

It is important that you have good IT skills and experience with MS office; experience with Teams/SharePoint and document management systems is an advantage but not required. Experience from clinical research or pharmaceutical companies is an advantage, but not a requirement.

ABOUT THE TEAM

You will become part of a dedicated team within Clinical Operations and Data Management, where our foundation is built on trust, openness and strong collaboration. We take joint responsibility for our deliverables and succeed – and solve challenges – together in a fast-paced environment. We celebrate successes, support each other through complexity, and value both professionalism and having fun along the way. Our diverse backgrounds and perspectives strengthen our way of working and the results we create together.

We aim to fill the position as soon as possible. We review applications and conduct interviews on an ongoing basis, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.

If you have questions about the position, you are welcome to reach out to Amalie Bjerre Jørgensen by email at AMJ@pharmacosmos.com or Trine Kolding by phone at +45 3083 4428.
