Lars Green has more than 25 years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a particular emphasis on finance and corporate functions. He began his career at Novo Nordisk in 1992, where he held various positions, including regional CFO roles in Japan and the USA. Later, he served as Executive Vice President from 2017 to 2019, overseeing Business Services and Compliance, compromising P&O, IT, Quality, Facility Management, and Business Assurance. Following his tenure at Novo Nordisk, Lars was Executive Vice President and CFO of Novozymes, responsible for Finance, IR, IT, and Legal from 2019 to 2023.
Today, Lars is a professional board member, holding positions at LEO Pharma and the Danish Business Authorities, among others.
Lars holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Aarhus University
